The CDMHub
The Classify360 Data Management Hub (CDMHub) is a user-friendly portal designed for data custodians to review and make decisions about their data. Classify360 presents results from the information engine in addition to assigned actions from the action engine. A file list filters data for data points such as classifications, file types, or a data subject request, and empowers assigned users to classify, delete, copy, inject, secure, or delegate items. Applying the functionality that make up the CDMHub enables workflows for streamlined large-scale data management, including:

- Data subject request (DSR) fulfillment
- Policy & department-level reporting
- Defensible deletion & policy enforcement via audit reports
CDMHub leverages user permissions to display only what users are permitted to access and edit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can control this in the User Management page. A role is defined which would restrict access to reports, and the user would be assigned a role. User permissions enable the CDMHub to filter items from repositories, displaying only what the users are specifically allowed to see.
Classify360 has default and standard reports, however most customers have specific reports they will create depending upon business needs.
Classify360 reports are visible within the platform itself and can also be exported to a .csv file for use in other applications.
